ARCHITECTURE FOR COSMOPOLITANS
One characteristic feature of the exterior of Building 6 is the façade that is clearly structured through balconies, loggia and windows with its extravagant, bronze-coloured balcony parapets. With its reddish-brown brickwork the building assumes the flair of international metropolises.

CONTEMPORARY MEETS TIMELESS
Frankfurt-based architecture practice Holger Meyer Architektur is behind the design for Building 7 that boasts a finely-textured façade with a beige broom-finish rendering. Exposed concrete elements lend another element of fascination to the exterior.

CROWNING GLORY
The façade of Building 8 has a geometrically-organised design with the regular structure of the loggias lending it both horizontal and vertical lines. However, its crowning glory is the penthouse level: The columns and struts create new lines of vision skywards.

In Building 10 su and z Architekten present a modern, vertically and horizontally structured façade with eye-catching loggias and floor-to-ceiling windows. An experimentation with geometries that demonstrates the sheer diversity of options they provide!

Natural stone meets brickwork
Building 11 proudly presents the character of its architecture with a subtly colour-contrasted facade that perfectly showcases its outstanding materials: pale natural stone on the lower floors and sandstone coloured face brickwork from the second floor upwards.

Modernism comes to town
Building 12 is characterized by a façade with a clear vertical structure, spacious loggias, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Its appearance is complemented by accents in combed plaster. A successful combination of shapes and excellent materials!

Townhouse as a standalone home
A detached house that celebrates an urban lifestyle: On its outside, the townhouse exhibits outstanding craftsmanship with a pale rendering, wood and brass. Inside the concept focuses entirely on exclusive privacy – with lots of space spread over several floors.

Start of a new era
The design of Building 1 is truly classic, exuding confidence and cosiness in equal part. Characteristic features include the face of sandstone coloured brickwork and the symmetrical arrangement of the French balconies. A special detail is provided by the double windows.

An experiment with geometry

PURE HARMONY
Building 4 surprises onlookers with three different surfaces for its facades: While brickwork features on the ground floor light plaster serves as a key style highlight across several floors. Finally, on the top floor a special accent is set: with a specially textured broom-finish rendering.
